2 Coating & Chicken wings Marinate chicken wings with


marinating Mix flour salt,pepper, garlic & ginger overnigth
10 gr Ginger And coating the chicken with mix flour
10 gr Garlic

3 Fry Cooking oil Double fry, on 175 C for 4 minute and


Chicken wings second fry at 190 C for 5 minute

4 Mix Chili sauce Mix all ingredient and heat for 4
