    LEASE CONTRACT

    Lease agreement entered into by the following parties as lessor: C. _ hereinafter referred
    to as "THE LESSOR", and on the other hand, in its capacity as lessee, C. who for all
    purposes

    parties without the express written consent of "THE LESSOR".

    FIFTH.- "THE TENANT" shall be responsible for the payment of the electric power
    service of the property.

    SIXTH.- The term of duration of this lease agreement will be for a period of ________

    Upon expiration of the term of the lease mentioned in the preceding paragraph, "THE

    with the provisions of the current Civil Code of the State.

    HAVING READ THIS INSTRUMENT BY THE CONTRACTING PARTIES, THE PARTIES


    BEING WELL AWARE OF ITS SCOPE, AND BEING IN AGREEMENT WITH ITS
    CONTENTS, THEY SIGN IT IN DUPLICATE IN THE CITY OF ALTAMIRA,
