Steps required to configure and start VisonicGO app – panel PM-10/PM-30/PM-33

1. Hardware requirements
a. Minimum required panel firmware version – 17 or higher
b. Required optional modules – module GSM-350 with standard SIM card (GPRS data transfer enabled) or
alternatively module IPLink 3

2. Control panel settings (GPRS connection)


a. Enter Installer mode (master installer code)
b. Move to high level menu => 04. COMMUNICATION (press <OK>)
c. Move to medium level menu =>2. GSM/GPRS/SMS <OK>
d. Move to option GPRS REPORT <OK> => choose setting ENABLED <OK>
e. Move to option GPRS APN (enter APN details) <OK>
f. Exit medium level menu =>2 GPRS and move to medium level menu => 3. C.S. REPORTING <OK>
g. Move to option REPORT EVENTS <OK>=> choose setting All*Backup <OK>
h. Move to option 1st RPRT CHAN <OK>=> choose setting CELLULAR <OK>
i. Move to option IP RCVR 1 (enter address in format XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, example: for number 212.9.34.156
enter 212.009.034.156) <OK> ***
j. Exit medium level menu => 3. C.S. REPORTING and move to medium level menu => 6 UP/DOWNLOAD
<OK>
k. Move to option GPRS UP/DOWNLOAD <OK>
l. Move to option Panel SIM Tel.# <OK> (enter panel SIM tel number) <OK>
m. Exit installer mode

*** When connected to Visonic cloud server, please use the following IP address:

IP RCVR 1: 052.058.105.181

3. Control panel settings (IP connection)


a. Enter Installer mode (master installer code)
b. Move to high level menu => 04. COMMUNICATION (press <OK>)
c. Move to medium level menu => 3. C.S. REPORTING <OK>
d. Move to option REPORT EVENTS <OK>=> choose setting All*Backup <OK>
e. Move to option 1st RPRT CHAN <OK>=> choose setting Broadband <OK>
f. Move to option IP RCVR 1 (enter address in format XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, example: for number 212.9.34.156
enter 212.009.034.156) <OK> ***
g. Exit medium level menu => 3 C.S. REPORTING and move to medium level menu => 7 BROADBAND
h. Move to option DHCP Client <OK>
i. Choose between option DISABLE (then move to step „k” below) or ENABLE (then move to step „r” below)
j. Move to option MANUAL IP <OK>
k. Move to option IP ADDRESS <OK>
l. Please enter static IP address from group of addresses offered by router / modem
m. Move to option SUBNET MASK <OK>
n. Enter subnet mask value
o. Move to option DEFAULT GW <OK>
p. Enter IP address of router / modem’s default gateway
q. Exit installer mode

*** When connected to Visonic cloud server, please use the following IP addresses:

IP RCVR 1: 052.058.105.181

4. VisonicGO app settings

a. Inside the VisonicGO app, after installing and opening it on the smartphone, the following data needs to
be provided:
i. Server address: visonic.tycomonitor.com
ii. Panel ID – individual ID code of control panel placed at the sticker on the back of the
panel, can also be found by high level menu 10: SERIAL NUMBER accessible via Installer
Mode.
b. After accepting terms and conditions and pressing the NEXT button, please enter user code. In case of
control panels connecting via GPRS module, the app will send an SMS „waking up” the control panel (in
case of smartphones with Android) or will ask the user to manually send the SMS (in case of smartphones
with iOS). In case of IP connection, the app will connect to the control panel automatically.

5. Additional information
There is an option to use VisonicGO application through servers maintained locally by monitoring companies /
installation companies / distributors. In case of connection via local server, one should ask server’s
administrator to provide IP addresses of the local server / servers to be put in IP RCVR 1 menus. In the app, in
the field Host Address , one needs to enter local server’s name and (in some cases) panels name instead of
panel ID. All necessary information should be provided by local server’s administrator.
