    LICENSING AGREEMENT

    The Contents of this download are licensed, not sold to you by Audiotent. Ownership remains with Audiotent.

    All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling, renting or trading of this product is strictly prohibited.

    Once purchased your license is non-transferable. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the
    Sounds, Samples and MIDI files within their music compositions.

    You are not permitted in ANY way to share the purchased sample library with others.

    The Licensee may use the Sounds, Samples and MIDI files in combination with other sounds in their music productions (which include
    radio/TV programs or commercials, soundtracks of such as films, video productions, computer games, library music), public performanc-
    es and other reasonable musical purposes within musical compositions.

    You cannot use the Sounds, Samples and MIDI files from our sample libraries in isolation for a commercial release or project. E.g. you are
    not authorized to create another sample CD or sound library with any of the sounds from our products. Doing so will infringe copyright
    law and you will be liable for prosecution under the copy write design and patents act 1988

    The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection for sounds, samples and MIDI files.

    Opening or using this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms. All rights reserved.

    This is a general license which is applicable to all Audiotent products.
