DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as Engineer in Coke Oven Electrical and instrument maintenence in JSW Sambhalpur
Recovery type Stamp Charged 5.5 m tall two battery of total 102 Ovens.
1. Execute Electrical and instruement Maintenance tasks to ensure quality and timely
completion and as per planing
2. Adequate understanding of the Industrial Standards, Health and Safety Norms (HSE
guidelines) while maintenance always adhere to company norms and regulation while
maintenance the Equipment.
3. Identifying critical issues related to site activities and insures timely resolution of queries
so as to ascertain uninterrupted maintenance work.
4. Preventive, predictive, Condition monitoring and daily maintenance of Equipment’s.
5. Shutdown maintenance and maintaining daily reports in logbook.
6. IMS implementation.
7. Carryout 5S, TPM, & KAIZEN activity.
8. Following the SOP, SMP, HIRA, PEPTALK and complying with the safety rules.
9. Prepare audit related documents. Organizing routine Maintenance schedules.
10. jobs execution as per schedule· Ensure risk assessment and tool box talk prior to job
execution.
11. Provide field supervision for shutdown.
