    Let us subtract 5 from 15 until we end up with the
    difference of 0.
    15 - 5 = 10
    10 - 5 = 5

    Let us subtract 3 from 21 until we end up with the difference of 0.

    How many groups of 4 can we make from 20?
    Count on groups of 4 on a number line.

    Therefore, there are 5 groups of 4 in 20.


    We can write the division sentence as: 20 ÷4=5
    DIVISION ON A NUMBER LINE
    12 ÷ 𝟐 = 6
    How many groups of 2 can we make from 12?
    Count on groups of 2 on a number line.
