    NARRATIVE REPORT ON 1st HRPTA MEETING


    GRADE 5-MODESTY
    S.Y 2022-2023

    Date: August 26, 2022


    Time: 10:00 AM
    Venue: Grade 6- Prosperity Classroom

    For the first semester of the school year, the Grade 5- Modesty of Sta. Ana
    Elementary School held a homeroom PTA meeting. The school ensures that we must
    have a link cooperation with the community to achieve the goals set by the
    Department of Education. It is very important to attend on this first meeting
    because it is also serve as a parent’s orientation for them to be able to understand
    the new normal way of education after two (2) years of distance learning due to the
    pandemic.
    Last August 26, 2022, the meeting started at exactly 10:00 in the morning.
    There were 28 parents were present. It was started with an opening prayer lead by
    Mrs. Niña Luz A. Ubal-Ubal and checking of attendance by the adviser herself. Next,
    was the Introduction of the Teacher- Adviser, Ms. Louvela Anne C. Quilang, followed
    by the parents and guardians who were present that day. Then, the adviser
    discussed thoroughly the following agendas:
     Class Schedule for Set A and Set B
     Class Program
     New Normal Classroom Rules
     What to bring during class: snacks, water, alcohol, extra facemask
     Signed the Book Receipt
     Requirements: 8 notebooks and long plastic Envelope, also bring “Sako”
    and Photocopy of Vaccination Card
    The teacher also asked the parents who were members of 4P’s, and IP’s. After
    the discussion, the election of HRPTA officers took place.

    These were the names of the newly elected HRPTA officers of Grade 5-
    Modesty:
    President: Mrs. Kathleen S. Achas
    Vice President: Mrs. Joyce Carol Q. Ando
    Secretary: Mrs. Marivic B. Nacaya
    Treasurer: Mrs. April Joy U. David
    Auditor: Mrs. Niña Luz A. Ubal-Ubal
    PIO : Mrs. Carmen C. Ormilla
    Board Members by Zone:
    Zone 1:Mrs. Shyr P. Ubal-Ubal
    Zone 2: Mrs. Maricel Badajos
    Zone 3: Mrs. Marites A. Ypili
    Zone 4: Mrs. Loreta Brigondo

    Zone 7: Ms. Joan Asiñero

    After the election, the HRPTA officers together with the parents discussed the
    HRPTA project which is the water of the building. The estimated cost of it was
    P30.00 per parent, another project would be cleaning materials worth P20.00 per
    parent. The total contribution will be P50.00 per parent and the deadline will be on
    September 2, 2022.
    Lastly, the parents agreed to support, cooperate and participate in every activities
    for the betterment of the school.
    The meeting was ended at exactly 11:30 in the morning.
