Since July-2012 Associate with Time Technoplast Ltd. Daman, Talasari and Khanvel Silvassa, as
Manager HR & Admin.

Time Technoplast Ltd. is an Indian MNC listed on BSE, NSE. India’s largest manufacturer of Rigid Plastic Bulk & Medium
Containers, Injection Moulded Articles, LPG & CNG Cylinder, HDPE Pipes with wide range. Employing more than 5000
employees across the Globe and having its manufacturing facilities in India as well as Overseas. Company have achieved
and maintained an annual sales turnover of Rs. 3000 Crores.

Being a Manager – HR & Administration I am responsible for managing entire HR, IR, ER & Admin
functions of two manufacturing sites of Time Technoplast Ltd. located at Daman (U.T. of Diu &
Daman) and Talasari (Maharashtra).

Present Responsibilities with Time Technoplast Ltd.:


Human Resource Management:

 Handling Labour Contractors & contractual Labours and engaging them effectively for reduction of labour cost. Ensure the
proper supply of manpower and discipline in contractual workers,
 Checking contractor’s bills and related documents before processing bills for payment.
 Compliance of Labour Contract Management
 Managing Recruitment Life-cycle: Review of MRF (Manpower Requisition Form) and understanding J.D. of the Position. Job
Posting on Job Portals, Screening the resumes, conducting HR round with candidates, arranging an interview with concerned
HOD, arranging final interview with HR Head and Plant Head, Salary Negotiation and Job Offer.
 Recruitment of Technical, Non Technical Workers. Salary fictionalization in compare to available workers, negotiation with
candidates and offer process.
 On boarding and Induction: Planning Induction training for newly joined employees and administrating joining formalities.
Issuance of an Appointment Letters to new joiners.
 Ensures timely execution of training planned for Staff & Workers. Obtaining Feedback of all participants, coordinating with
HOD’s for assessment of trained people. Keeping record of all Training conduct.
 Carrying out Annual Performance Management system for employees. Coordinating with functional heads for performance
review of their subordinates.
 Administering exit formalities of leaving employees, conducting exit interviews to analyse the reasons of separation.

 Daily monitoring of Absenteeism, Late coming, Early Going.
 Full & Final Settlements, Gratuity payments, Bonus payments of separated employees.
 Preparing various MIS and costing reports and submitting to Management for analysing proper utilisation of labour force
and to ensure budgeted parameters of labour cost.
 Looking after Statutory Compliances under various Labour Laws, timely submission of various statutory returns.
Industrial & Employee Relations / Compliance's:

 Ensuring prompt resolution of employee’s grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieved
dedication by workers. Maintaining discipline on shop floor.
 Controlling habitual absenteeism through counselling and disciplinary actions, warnings. Reduced absenteeism from 15% to
6% in last two years.
 Attending conciliations and court cases in labour cases.
 Negotiating & finalising Service Agreements with reliable vendors for execution of servicing work as per budgeted
parameters. Lease Agreement, Agreements with Contractors, Vehicle Services etc.
 Keeping healthy liaison with Government Authorities and Local Bodies like Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector, Pollution
Control Board, W.C. Commissioner, Police Authority, P.F. Office, Grampanchayat, BSNL, Electricity Board, Media, Local
Villagers etc.
 Obtaining fitness certificates for Pressure Vessels, Lifting Equipments. Obtaining Structural Stability.

Administration / Safety / Welfare:

 Ensure that Fire Extinguishers are in ready to use condition at any time. Provide Fire Fighting Training to employees and List
of them displayed at Main Gate. Also displayed a list of Emergency contact Nos.
 Promotes safety awareness among employees through Safety awareness Training, Induction Training, Practical
demonstration on Fire Fighting with the team of Safety department.
 Managing Security System for company, Control on Man & Material Movement through frisking of employees, checklists for
vehicle and material movement.
 Ensure House Keeping as inside the factory and surrounding area.
 Looking after First Aid & Medical facilities for all employees.
