Performance Management

Strengthening Performance Management Process in Unit and implement Performance based compensation system.

1. Support the Unit in the annual Goal Setting exercise in order to align individual goals to that of the Unit.

2. Facilitate timely reviews to enable feedback mechanism.

3. Provide requisite training to managers in order to improve performance reviews and create a performance culture.

4. Plan and support the Unit team in rating normalization activity for the Unit.

Implement performance based compensation system and assist Region HR in roll out of annual compensation review process at the
Unit and support the Unit’s management team in deciding revision, re-designation & promotion cases.

Create and implement Unit rewards plan to recognize employees at the Unit for their extraordinary efforts in day to day running of
the Unit.

1. Support the Region HR in administering compensation reviews, promotions for all management cadre employees at the Unit.

2. Carry out compensation review & suggest promotions for staff cadre employees at the Unit in line with the Business guidelines.
