    Thank you for choosing us to host your event.

    River Room hire is R900 Monday-Sunday. Please note: we only consider your booking
    confirmed once the R900 venue hire (non-refundable) has been paid. Our banking details
    are attached. Please send proof of payment once payment has been made. Use the date
    of the function and your name as reference.

    Attached is our food and platter menu. If you would like to pre-order, please place the
    order 72 hours in advance.

    We have two time slots: 11:00-16:00 & 17:00-close.

    You are welcome to bring champagne or wine at R70 corkage per bottle or you can order
    off our drinks menu. No other beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are allowed.

    10% Gratuity will be added to the bill.

    Please note that if the agreed catering time happens to fall during your speeches (or simi-
    lar), we must insist that the food is served regardless. We realize this may be an inconve-
    nience, but we cannot compromise the operations of our kitchen and food standard.

    Menu prices may change without prior notice. We will do our best to notify you in advance
    of these changes. They will be reasonable (no more than 10%).

    No split bills for food are allowed.

    It will be hostessʼs responsibility to see that all décor is packed up on the day of the func-
    tion. We will not be held liable for anything that goes missing.

    The host or organizer accepts responsibility for any unpaid tabs.

    Any damages made to BSB property or equipment will be charged for.

    No outside catering is allowed. This includes snacks like chips and peanuts.

    You may bring a cake or cupcakes.

    You may decorate the venue if you would like.

    We have a pizza section on the one side of the venue and will have waiters collecting
    pizzas on that side only. There will however be no disruption during your event.

    We have a built-in fireplace so it will be warm and cozy.
