experience the seasons, you can flip it to work with
the energies of the Southern Hemisphere or utilize it
as a guide for your own inner seasons.

Within these pages, we embark on a transformative

exploration of the 8 profound celebrations included in
this ancient cycle. While the dates for the dates vary
(the Solstices and Equinoxes change each year, as do
the "true" solar and lunar dates of the High Holy
Days), the intention of this book is to give you a guide.

Through gentle guidance and contemplative practices,

we unveil the wisdom woven into the interplay of
nature's rhythms and the cosmic dance of light and
dark.

 MABON & AUTUMN EQUINOX
Between September 20th~22nd

Mabon, also known as the Autumn Equinox, marks the harvest's midpoint, a time when day
and night stand in perfect harmony before the darkness takes a stronger hold of our lives. It is
a moment of profound balance, where light and darkness dance together, reminding us of the
delicate equilibrium within our own lives.

As we witness the changing colors of the leaves, we are called to seek inner balance and find
harmony amidst life's ebb and flow.

During Mabon, we honor the blessings of the harvest and give thanks for the abundance that
surrounds us. We pause to appreciate the fruits of our labor, whether they be physical
accomplishments or personal growth and transformation. With hearts filled with gratitude, we
gather together in celebration of the bountiful gifts bestowed upon us once more, as we meet
the second harvest.

As we connect with the natural world, we pay homage to the sacred symbols of Mabon. The
ripe apples and the vibrant autumn leaves all remind us of the abundance that comes from
embracing the cycles of life. We recognize the importance of nurturing and honoring the
Earth, our eternal provider and sustainer.

In this sacred season, we find solace and wisdom in the vibrant colors of red, orange, and gold
which speak to the beauty of transformation and remind us of the ever-changing nature of
our own lives. We adorn our altars with autumn leaves, acorns, and seasonal fruits, inviting
the energy of Mabon to infuse our sacred spaces.
