    Lan Pya Kyel Association (“LPK”) is a non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is local
    organization in Myanmar and an affiliate of PSI/Myanmar. Organization is currently providing full comprehensive
    package of HIV prevention and treatment to vulnerable populations particularly, sex workers and men who have
    sex with men and Transgender Women. Organization has been implementing HIV and related programs
    throughout the country for the past 15 years with the name of “TOP”. Lan Pya Kyel is now inviting applications
    to fill the following position:

    Job Title : Data Entry


    Office : Lan Pya Kyel Headquarter (Yangon)
    Report to : M&E Officer
    Contract Term : Fixed term contract based on project period

    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Data Entry works for LPK Yangon, an HIV/AIDS project aiming at reducing HIV transmission and HIV/AIDS-
    associated morbidity and mortality amongst the high-risk and marginalized population of Sex Workers and Men
    Having Sex with Men in Myanmar.
    His/her mission is to do data entry task following LPK Monitoring and Evaluation Guidelines (data collection and
    quality assurance) and documents preparation and verification in accordance with M&E guideline.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Ensure relevant LPK program data are entered in database. Under supervision of M&E Officer, compiles
    and verifies when reporting documents are received at LPK service centre before sending to LPK
    Coordination Office/MIS level or other reporting level in accordance with M&E guideline.
    • Prepare relevant program information and documents for reporting in assisting LPK Program
    Supervisor/M&E Department.
    • Inputting data into LPK database.
    • Processing monthly data received from site and enter them into database.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Any graduate with relevant experience. Must have understanding the quite knowledge on different
    reporting level (Service Delivery, Intermediate, MIS level). Must be computer literate, experience in data
    entry is an asset.
    • Must be able to manage time effectively to meet deadline assigned by LPK Program team/ M&E
    Department.
    • Must be able to understand basic communication skills and effectively communicate with other
    departmental staff. Good communication with LPK targeted communities.
