EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The major goals of the internship are to improve communication skills and add new
personality traits. The need to complete the internship to satisfy the BBA program's
requirements is another consideration. An intern prepares for an internship to get practical
experience in the working world. The goal of this internship is to gain practical experience in
the Public relation sectors for the Suvidha foundation web and product.
I've covered the entire building PUBIC RELATION Tactics, marketing management
procedures, and business practises of Public relation in this study. The marketing manager at
this organisation is also responsible for facility and general marketing efforts, as well as
orientation, training, motivation, performance evaluation, etc. I, by my own, has gone
through the reaction of people while presenting our views in front of them. This internship
has unquestionably sharpened my abilities, increased my persuasiveness while also cultivated
a more patient disposition. The majority of the 60 targeted respondents in the survey that I ran
expressed a strong interest in our proposal. I have tried my level best to give more and more
business to the company and to develop a more skilful personality that can convince people
very easily as we all know that convincing is one of the most important parts of marketing.
During my internship I gained practical knowledge on how a Public relation team works in
the field. The job of a View representer is a job that need patience. Marketing executives aim
to maximise profits and increase the number of customers through developing sales strategies
that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services, or ideas.
Not only that I have also gained insight into the working culture of the organization and
observed how Suvidha Foundation services handles its employees with value and
empowerment to ensure they are motivated to give their best to the organization.
The report starts with the introduction of Public Relation, then introduction to
the company, giving its background, mission, vision, its products and services,
the hierarchy and organogram of the organization. Each chapter contains
detailed discussion of the Marketing functions followed by Organization
Practice at Suvidha foundation Services which basically conveys how NGO

CodeKaroYaaro
CodeKaroYaaro is an online coding school presenting specially designed courses for kids
from 6 to 15 years of age. Gone are the days when one out of a few fifty people
knew about computers. Nowadays, everything is no less than a rat race and technology has
become one of the prerequisites to move ahead in life. It is

Objective
CodeKaroYaaro is to encourage kids to learn computer fundamentals through codingto
develop their problem solving and critical thinking ability. Today, coding
has become an extremely useful skill to possess. A child who learns how to code willhave
an advantage in terms of employment opportunities available to them in thefuture,
no matter which industry they decide to enter. Just like learning a language,or to play a
musical instrument, children need motivation. We are here to developcuriosity among kids
for coding. Usually seeing results along the way is enough tocultivate this, and this is
what happens when children learn to code. This is
why programming is being taught in schools but what about those who don't get thisopportun

3. Evaluate the organization's brand perception among stakeholders.
4. Analyze the impact of communication efforts on organizational goals.

27
CHAPTER VIII: DATA ANALYSIS
28
Impediments in Empowerment 4.6.1 Violence against women and girls (VAWG) is one of the
most widespread, persistent and devastating human rights violations in the world and remains
largely unreported due to the impunity, silence, stigma and shame surrounding it. In general
terms, it manifests itself in physical, sexual and psychological forms, encompassing: •
Intimate partner violence (battering, psychological abuse, marital rape, femicide); • Sexual
violence and harassment (rape, forced sexual acts, unwanted sexual advances, child sexual
abuse, forced marriage, street harassment, stalking, cyberharassment); • Human trafficking
(slavery, sexual exploitation); • Female genital mutilation; and • Child marriage.
29
2019-21 but it is still quite high.
On examination of the data for the years 2016 to 2021 it can be observed that three major
crimes viz. Cruelty by Husband and Relatives, Assault on women with intent to outrage her
modesty and Kidnapping & Abduction constituted more than 70% of the total crime
committed against women with the rate of Cruelty by Husband and Relatives faced by
women in their own house accounting for one-third of all crimes. The data shows that
compromising the safety of women starts from home itself. The policy makers can address
this issue by enforcing the existing laws and spreading awareness on their provisions among
both men and women. It may also be noted that the above analysis and interpretation is on the
basis of FIRs registered (gathered by NCRB) and the number could be on a higher side if the
unregistered cases are also taken in to account.
Data on distribution of rape victims by age-group show that (Table 6.3) majority of the rape
victims are in the age group of 18-30 years. The probable reason behind the high numbers in
this specific age group may be that the females in this age group are coming under “labour
force” category requiring travel between workplace and home. Further, late working hours
and site work place could also be a reason. However, the fact is that such conditions should
not be a burden or barrier to women in their fundamental right to “work and earn”. Various
30
measures have already been taken by the government viz. an act to prevent sexual harassment
at work place, women help line etc. Still, more needs to be done in the area of gender
sensitisation. Lower percent in the less than 16 years age group could also be due to non-
reporting in the fear of social-stigma
In India, suicide is an emergency and serious public health issue. Physical and mental illness,
disturbed interpersonal relationships and economic difficulties could be the major reasons for
suicide. From 2004 onwards, a mixed trend was observed in suicide rate in India. The highest
ever suicide rate of 12 per lakh population was recorded in 2021. From 2004 to 2011, the
ratio of male to female suicide incidence remained constant at 1.8 but from 2012 onwards, it
started rising and reached at 2.6 in 2021. Women and girls with disabilities face systemic
marginalization and attitudinal and environmental barriers that lead to their lower economic
and social status; increased risk of violence and abuse, including sexual violence;
discrimination as well as harmful genderbased discriminatory practices; and barriers to access
education, health care, including sexual and reproductive health, information and services,
and justice as well as civic and political participation. This hinders their participation on an
equal basis with others. For addressing their problems through focussed policies and
programmes, there is need to have a robust system of data collection mechanism on disability.
Compared to health, education, employment etc, data on disability is very scarce.
Administrative records like the disability certificate etc have partial coverage. Disability
questions are included in the population census but we have had no census after 2011. The
31
Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation conducted a Survey of Persons with
Disabilities during July 2018 to December 2018 as a part of 76th round of National Sample
Survey (NSS). In NSS 76th round survey, for classification of disabilities, all the specified
disabilities as stated in The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 were considered. As
per this survey, percentage of differently abled person was 1.9% for females and 2.4%for
males.
32
1. Target Audience Preferences and Media Consumption Habits
33
2. Brand Perception Among Stakeholders
Stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community members, play a vital role in an
organization's success. Assessing their perception of the organization's brand and reputation
is essential for identifying areas of improvement. The research may uncover that stakeholders
have a limited understanding of the organization's mission, values, and impact. This finding
would suggest a need for clearer messaging and storytelling that effectively conveys the
organization's purpose and the positive impact it has on the community. Emphasizing success
stories, testimonials, and quantifiable results can enhance stakeholder understanding and
engagement.
34
Based on these comprehensive findings, the Public Relations and Communications Intern can
develop a set of actionable recommendations for improving the organization's
communication strategies and enhancing its overall impact. These recommendations should
address the identified gaps, leverage insights into target audience preferences, and prioritize
strategies that align with organizational goals. By implementing these recommendations, the
organization can strengthen its public image, build stronger relationships with stakeholders,
and ultimately achieve its mission more effectively.
35
CHAPTER X: CONCLUSIONS & SUGGESTIONS
Conclusions
• The organization's current communication strategies may not be effectively reaching all
target audiences, resulting in limited brand awareness and engagement. This conclusion is
based on the findings that stakeholders have a limited understanding of the organization's
mission, values, and impact, and that there is a lack of engagement with specific target
groups, such as younger generations or diverse communities.
• Target audience preferences and media consumption habits indicate a need to focus on
digital platforms, social media engagement, and mobile-friendly content. This conclusion is
36
based on the findings that the organization's target audience primarily consumes information
through social media platforms, online news sources, and mobile applications.
• Stakeholder perception of the organization's brand and reputation may require clearer
messaging and storytelling to effectively convey the organization's impact. This conclusion is
based on the findings that stakeholders have a limited understanding of the organization's
mission, values, and impact.
Suggestions
• Prioritize digital platforms, social media engagement, and mobile-friendly content to align
with target audience preferences. This suggestion is based on the finding that the
organization's target audience primarily consumes information through social media
platforms, online news sources, and mobile applications.
37
• Regularly review and update communication strategies to adapt to changing media
landscapes, audience preferences, and organizational priorities. This suggestion is based on
the understanding that communication strategies need to be constantly evolving to remain
effective.
By implementing these suggestions, the organization can strengthen its public image, build
stronger relationships with stakeholders, and ultimately achieve its mission more effectively.
