Peak Demand decreased from 81.41 MW in 2021 to 79.84 MW in 2022 at a rate of 1.93%. This is
not a significant decreased due to growing number of switched contestable customers in the
covered area. MWh Offtake increased from 458,232 MWh in 2021 to 534,723 MWh in 2022 at a
rate of 16.69% due to continuous development of residences, commerce and industries. Within
the same period, Load Factor ranged from 69% to 76%. There was an abrupt change in
consumption on 2022 due to increase on the number of consumers.

Historical data for MWh offtake from January 2021 to December 2021 were updated to MWh
instead of kWh and with consideration for the Retail Electricity Supplier data. MWh Input from
December 2017 to February 2018 were updated on respective periods. Historical MWh Output
from year 2018 to 2021 were updated in consideration to contestable customer data. Historical
MWh System Loss on December 2021 was updated due to unavailability of data during the date of
PSPP creation. Historical data of number of captive customers were updated based on DU’s
financial and statistical report.

However, all these data are the latest data submitted to NEA last June 07, 2022 for PSPP 2021-
2031 submission.
