To assure quality of future water assets and compliance with water strategy, please find the following
documents at your disposal.

For that purpose, NEOM Water has developed Employer Requirements that are composed of.

This easy access will allow our partners to plan supply chain accordingly to our requirements,
safeguard water quality and water strategy implementation.

PLEASE NOTE:

Water Employer Requirements are live documents that are continuously under development, so don’t
be surprised by updated versions.

For any missing Design Guideline or Product Specifications the requirements defined within Saudi
Building Code (SBC) shall apply.

2 Water Employer Requirements

2.1 Engineering Design Guidelines

We maintain Design Guidelines applicable to several types of assets to record best practice and
ensure design consistency.

These Standards shall be used by Design Engineers / Consultants to produce designs and contract
documents that aim to deliver assets accordingly to our standards.

To assist contractors who are submitting tenders to NEOM or are working with us constructing assets,
we are making available our Product Specifications.

2.3 Digital Requirements

Water Digital Requirements define how data related to water assets shall be submitted.

This will promote and allow easy data ingestion and storage activities and integration with Digital
Solutions in place.
