    Permissions to be granted by General Manager , Ivan Soares (which has been confirmed) to be able to film
    onsite, outside of peak business hours (8am-5pm)
    Suitability / shots for production (scene numbers)

    Very secluded area in the building, with little noise pollution. May be a slight rumble from the train adjacent to
    the building. The room matches the claustrophobic setting I am aiming for, being a concreted and messy
    cemented room almost acting like a tomb/prison for the protagonist. The room is not used in the building,
    which will cause no overall disturbance. All scenes will be primarily shot in this room, minimising shooting time.
    The room is also very efficient as I have easy access with it being my workplace.

    Lighting Information: Solutions:

    In the room , there is an automatic light, it keeps the I had previously attempted to cover up the light
    room well lit, but we would want the room to be dark, sensor in order to not trigger the light, but there are
    in order for me to use artificial light set ups, to control two sensors, one inside the room and one outside ,
    the tone and mood of the short film. the outside one I can unfortunately cover due to
    health and safety. However, what we can do is cover
    the light itself, with tape and a towel, therefore
    allowing for our controllable artificial lighting.

    Sound Information: Solutions:

    There is minimal sound in the room that would I will be imploring a number of sound effects to cover
    interfere/distract actor. There is not too much noises over the scene in order to try hide the static noise,
    from the train adjacent to the building , but this may and the noise of the trains.

    Power Information Solutions:

    No Plug sockets in room I will be using portable lights which also have lithium
    powered batteries. Will also have to have an extension
    cord on hand for equipment use in the room, just in
    case the batteries run out.

    Hazards Solutions:
