Client needed a tool so he could get rid of notebooks, handwritten

notes etc. The goal was to be able to manage all his day-to-day
operations from inside the software and get custom reports so he
could have a detailed view of various aspects of his business. He
was finally able to move from paper to a CRM, customized exactly
to his needs.

• Enter and manage orders for new and used tires and tire repairs
• Client invoicing and billing with exporting to PDF, Excel, email.
• Email reports, invoices and bills directly from the application.
• Manage stock with alerts (stock going low) with custom limits

automatically create AML risk management
assessments for clients.
A configurable questionnaire is filled in and
then various factors are automatically
calculated. Then a Risk assessment report is
created and saved as PDF. Also, a
consolidated report is available for the
company as well as a report by client and by
assessment. An alert is displayed on start up,
if there are assessments that must be
reviewed in the next 30 days.

This application was requested by a Trading

company. They needed an easy way to manage their
clients and assign clients to the company's sellers.
The back end is hosted on a MySQL server while each
seller has the front end installed on their laptops.
The software allows the users to manage clients, edit
their details, manage their financial portfolio by
adding or removing products from the client
accounts, merging and linking accounts and keeping
detailed history of actions (visits, phone calls , notes
etc.) for each client.

selected clients.
There are four types of emails:
• Monthly factsheet
• Quarterly memo
• Annual letter
• Private report.
Clients to send the reports can be selected by filters
(Type of shares they own, country of residence etc.)
Email subject, body, greeting, end, attachments and
images are all dynamic and personalized for each
customer.
Emails can be sent instantly or be saved in Outlook drafts
folder so the user can review before sending them.
