Yes, the routine is effective in ensuring the discipline and order in the class because the
class become organize and the flow of instruction is smooth because the students
already know what to do next.

Morning prayer-- to make my students value prayers for them to ask for guidance by
our Almighty God.
OBSERVE
Observe a class and list down the classroom rules formulated by the Resource Teacher. Cite
the importance of these rules.
Classroom rules are imperative and must be reinforced for learners` safety and security.
Rules also teach discipline and self-control. Rules eliminate stress and will provide a more pleasant,
secured and non-threatening environment. Rules ensure the students` engagement and focus in
their classroom activities.

1. Analyze each given rule. What circumstances led to the formulation of the rule?
Do not be late-- students who attend late in the class reduces their time for learning
Keep quiet--students who are noisy may distruct other students during discussion
Keep the classroom clean-- dirty classroom is not comfortable and suitable for students
to learn
Be respectful--students who didrespect others can cause misunderstanding and conflict
Ask questions--students may have been confused which made their output wrong and
a lot of mistakes.
2. Are classroom rules really important?
Classroom rulea is important to the classroom because it serve as guide for the
students to what they should do inside the room. it can also lessen the possibility of
misconduct thus it shapes their discipline.

I will employ the classroom rules set by my Resourse Teacher because I saw that all the
rules she set is effective in managing her classroom. Her students prove that they are well
organized and discipline. The Resourse Teacher strategies in managing her room very
suitable for her learners. They will learn easily. Using her rules will be easier for me to
manage my class and achieve my learning objectives.
