    That the company does hereby agree to purchase 2 units New Foton View C2 for a total consideration AS PER
    INVOICE from BERJAYA CHINA MOTOR SDN. BHD.

    That the company does apply to PUBLIC BANK BERHAD for a hire purchase facility of RM94,000.00 for the
    aforesaid transaction.

    2) HIRE PURCHASE FACILITY FROM PUBLIC BANK BERHAD

    That the company does accept a Hire Purchase Facility from PUBLIC BANK BERHAD, 2ND FLOOR, 48 & 50
    JALAN PJS 11/28A BANDAR SUNWAY 46150 PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR as per the following terms
    and conditions in respect of the aforesaid purchase :-

    Amount of Facility : RM94,000.00 each


    Interest Rate : 3.63 % p.a. Flat
    Hiring Period : 60 Months each

    Further that NOR AZMAN BIN SABRI (651104-04-5211) be the quarantor for the aforesaid facility.

    And that authority be and is hereby given to Any Director be to sign for and on behalf of the Company the Hire
    Purchase Agreement and all other relevant documents as may be required, in relation to the above and the
    company be authorised to affix its Comman Seal where necessary in accordance with the Company’s Articles of
    Association
