    NARRATIVE REPORT

    Introduction:
    School is an institution which is responsible for molding the learners to become a responsible
    individual of the society. Learners are to be crafted here to be a better person that will become an emblem of
    the kind of a learning center where he will grow. The school demands administrators and teachers to work
    with others; it includes the stakeholders, volunteers, government and non-government organizations, and
    other institutions to accomplish the designed tasks and objectives. These would need dedicated school
    personnel, cooperative parents, accountable community, and innovative learners. The DepEd Memorandum
    No. 066, s. 2018 otherwise known as National Schools Maintenance Week or commonly called Brigada
    Eskwela aims to prepare the school with the help of the above others in collaboration with administrators
    and teachers. The theme for this year’s activity is “Bayanihan Para sa Matatag na Paaralan.”
    The Department of Education is set once again for the yearly Brigada Eskwela also aims to prepare
    the school especially the classrooms for the upcoming opening of school for this School Year to make it
    safe, clean and much conducive to learning. Dr. Candido V. Rosario Elementary School upholds the
    department’s vision in improving the learning condition and environment for the benefit of the learners.
    Beforehand, all request letters were prepared and distributed to stakeholders for solicitation, kind,
    cash and manpower to be used during the Brigada.

    Opening program was done at exactly eight in the morning August 14, 2023, it was attended by the
    teachers some parents and GPTA officers headed by the GPTA President Josephine A. Bubod. The teachers
    started to parade from the school down to the tricycle paradahan and there joined by the parents and Officers
    and went up to the other road house to house to invite parents and stakeholders to participate to the said
    activity by using megaphone. Then back to the school together with the parents to start the cleaning brigade.

    Before the cleaning, a simple program was conducted. It started with a prayer led by Sir Vicente S.
    Aguirre followed by welcome by the Staff president Jennifer T. Agaloos then Opening remarks by Mdm
    Annabelle N. Buyucan. An inspirational message was given by GPTA Vice President Benita D. Manao.
    After that announcement of designation zones by the BE Coordinator and served as closing remarks.The
    simple program was presided by the GPTA President Josephine A. Bubod.
    Teachers start to clean and fix their zones with the help of some parents who volunteered to
    participate.

    Herewith were the highlight activities:

    Day 1: Brigada Kick-off. Preparation of classrooms and zones.


    Day 2: Weeding of school ground and street going to the school.
    Day 3: Painting of chairs.
    Day 4: Painting of walls.
    De clogging of classrooms.
    Day 5: Painting and de clogging of classrooms
    Day 6: Zone cleaning

    Brigada Eskwela was continued on the next week, cleaning of zones and de clogging of rooms.

    Herewith were the donors who contributed cash and in kind for the implementation of the Brigada eskwela.

    From the first day of Brigada Eskwela to the very last day, the allotted volunteers
    faithfully carried out their given tasks. Unexpected donations were much appreciated. The classrooms are
    organized and improved through the help of our faithful stakeholders who are always willing to render their
    services for the sake the learners.
    Now, all of the school's facilities are in good shape. The area around the school is now clear of high grass. In
    general, the school is now prepared for the start of classes.
