2. If he / she had failed to produce any one or more of the documents or did not produce in proper format
at the time of Oral Test, he / she is hereby directed to produce those original certificates along with
photo copies of the same on the day of Counselling without fail, as per the undertaking given by him /
her on the day of Oral Test.
3. He / She is also directed to bring all his / her original certificates (and photo copies of the same) for
perusal / verification at the time of Counselling, if required.
4. His / Her provisional admission to the Counselling does not confer any right for selection to the said
posts.
5. If he / she do not appear for the Counselling on the scheduled date and time, he / she will not be given
any further chance to appear for the same and will not be considered for selection in future.
6. He / She is admitted to the Counselling based on the claims made by him / her in his / her online
application. If his / her claims are found to be false or incorrect, he / she will not be permitted to attend
the Counselling.
7. In view of the fact that all the eligible candidates, who have attended the oral test, have been
summoned to the Counselling, all of them are not assured of selection. They may be allotted to the
post subject to the availability of vacancies in their respective communal reservation / General
reservation categories when they reach their turns as per their ranking position.
9. The admission of candidates for Counselling is purely provisional subject to the orders of the Hon’ble
High Court of Madras dated 23.03.2023 in W.A.Nos.682, 683, 684, 685, 686 and 687 of 2023 and writ
petitions relating to this recruitment, if any, filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras
/ Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
