WHAT IS A WARM-UP?
A warm up is a series of exercises you do before physical There are very different warm ups, (high

PARTS OF A WARM-UP:

HÀBITS DE VIDA
HÀBITS DE VIDA I SALUT DELS JOVES

Els hàbits de vida repercutixen en la salut de les persones. Uns ajuden a créixer sanament, i altres, a poc a poc creen les condicions d'un creixement i
una vida futura amb risc de malalties.
Però, com es plasma en realitat açò en la: xiques i xics de la teua edat?, quants joves porten un estil de vida sa i quants estan en risc de créixer
amb problemes que sorgiran abans o després?
Per a conéixer açò s'utilitzen les xifres de les estadístiques, les quals sorgixen després de preguntar
Vídeo 3.1 a moltes persones què és el que fan habitualment.
Cada un cert temps l’Institut Nacional d'Estadística publica els resultats de l'Enquesta Nacional de
Salut. Els últims resultats publicats consten de 2005 sobre l'enquesta que es va realitzar en tota
Espanya.
Algunes dades importants de la mateixa, per exemple, són que, el 38 % dels xics de 10 a 15 anys
veuen televisió més de 2 hores al dia que és un temps que cal sumar al de la inactivitat diària
comuna (dormir, estar assentat en classe, jugar amb la «play»...), la qual cosa significa massa temps
inactiu. Un altra dada per a reflexionar és que el 31 % dels joves de la teua edat no es desdejuna res
o, com a màxim, un got de llet o de suc. Açò ens diu que un de cada tres xics no està mínimament
alimentat des del matí, la qual cosa repercutirà en el seu rendiment escolar, en el seu rendiment físic i
en el seu estat d'ànim.
