Agenda 1  All competition should go to Mr. Arlene first. It should

Alpha mentioned that one of her students resides in
Tagaytay, resulting to always being late for the first
subject

 No student should stay inside the school beyond their


time unless there is a formal letter for intervention. A
permit should be given first.

DepEd Order 51, s.2022  December 5 – 7, 2022
 Advisers may forward their data on vaccination
status of students to new advisers. Advisers should
encourage students to wear their masks, for Covid
isn’t gone yet
 DO 51, section 4, teachers must tell their Council
Heads first if they want to be vaccinated or have
their booster shots. A teacher must not have colds
or coughs to be vaccinated

 The school gave certification before, but now, the
certification is on hold. DSWD are the ones to give
certification or not
Agenda 4  Christmas Party of students
 December 15 – 16
 December 14 will be the last day of class for this year
 A draw lots will be done to determine the schedule of
Christmas party per section
 Teacher will come to school on the designated
schedule only

 December 10, 2022
 Assembly time 6:00am
 Teachers will pay 678php, before December 10
 Each council will prepare a presentation, whether a
song or dance number
 There will be two buses
 Council 7 and 10
 Council 8 and 9
 Grade 9 will be on bus number 2
 Admins will join bus number 2
 Parlor games will be shouldered by TEC
 Voluntary exchange gift worth 500php
 There will be a seminar, with Doctor Animas as the
speaker. He will talk about D) 49, s. 2022
 No family member is allowed to join
Other Matters:  National Reading Month Celebration
 Language teachers do not have 6 hours tomorrow,
November 25, 2022
 Learners are expected to wear their costume
 Selected learners who attended symposium about
bullying
 There will be a change of rooms, Atisan and
Guyabanuhan, to cater the LSEN with e-bike.
 Everyone is encouraged to help in the decoration of
the Christmas tree
 SPTA dues, wherein students can voluntarily pay
75php to collect for the CCTV and other projects
