On September 13, 2007, they handed Abdullah over to Mrs. Ayesha Raza, who is also their first cousin, for adoption. They wish Mrs. Ayesha Raza and Abdullah every happiness in the future.

    ADOPTION DEED

    THIS ADOPTION DEED is made at Rawalpindi on this 13 th day of


    September, 2007 by
    1. Mr. Shahzad Hussain
    2. Mrs. Rubina Bibi
    Both residents of Village Bhagoon Tehsil Kahuta District Rawalpindi
    We, Mr. Shahzad Hussain and Mrs. Rubina Bibi residents of Village
    Bhagoon Tehsil Kahuta District Rawalpindi do hereby state that we both are
    husband and wife and recently we have a new born baby (boy) namely
    Abdullah Kazmi. It was promised by us that we will give our baby “boy or
    girl” under the adoption of Mrs. Ayesha Raza the wife of the real brother of
    Rubina Bibi after the birth. We were pleased by baby boy namely Abdullah
    Kazmi on 03.09.2007 and now we handed over the baby boy namely Syed
    Abdullah Kazmi to the Mrs. Ayesha Raza who is also our first cousin and is
    known by us since childhood.
    It would make us very happy to see Syed Abdullah Kazmi to settle with his
    adoptive mother Mrs. Ayesha Raza. We wish them every happiness for the
    future.
