The physical layout of a classroom is more than just the teacher's organizational or
aesthetic preference. Students’ learning, motivation, involvement, and teacher-student
and student-student relationships are all impacted by the seating arrangements in the
classroom in person (Fernandes, Huang & Rinaldo 2011).
Description: The physical environment is the key to learning; the classroom should be well-
organized, well-ventilated, and spacious enough for the students to learn freely (The
Herald, 2022).
The main goal of an efficient classroom setup is to provide your students with a sense
of order and to foster a supportive learning environment.
 Create a setting where students can learn in comfort.
Objectives:  Establish a setting in the classroom that promotes interaction.
 Forge cooperation between stakeholders, parents, instructors, and students.
The learners, parents, teachers, and stakeholders were capacitated according to the
objectives of the activity, to wit:
1. crafted the needed project plan (cost, risk, target date, involvement)
Results: 2. implemented classroom project that will address struggles/challenges of the
students
3. built a harmonious relationship among learners, teachers, parents, and stakeholders
4. improved leadership skills (PTA OFFICERS)
