1. The whole system was integrated using ROS and ROS Packages such as: Hector-slam – Move base )
2. Using 2d-lidar for building real-time map of the environments
3. Using raspberry pi 3 b
4. using PID control to control the wheels

Production line consist of 5 stages: (Feeding – Assembly – Sorting – Disassembly -


Transporting and handling):
• Modeled each module and simulated using MATLAB and Simulink multibody 2nd Generation to calculate the
actuator sizes after finishing a complete CAD model on Autodesk Inventor.
• Choosing of sensors needed for sorting and for the product navigation through the whole production line
• Complete coding of the whole production line starting from the feeding of the product to the production
line through controlling hydraulic pistons to assembling and disassembling the product
Semi autonomous Mobile robot to help elders in the house
• Modeled and simulated the whole system on Vrep environment.
• Designed the mechanical design using Solid-works
• Used open CV to detect person and follow the person in the house.
• Coding of Tiva-c to control the robots motors

Comment:All the project experience is directly related to the mechatronics/robotics field
