TASK DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure mandatory documents are present in the cockpit.

2. Gear pins are removed and stowed in the correct place or annotated in the tech log if fitted.

3. Crew oxygen masks set to 100%.

4. No. 2 cockpit windows are closed and locked.

5. All circuit breakers are CLOSED or COLLARED.

All Guarded switches should be in the normal position except battery and emergency

Lights as fitted.

7. All instrument transfer switches are in the normal position.

8. IRS mode switches on the P5 overhead panel are in the OFF position.

R/H and L/H engine driven pumps selector switches on the P5 overhead panel are left in the ON

position.

L/H, RH and CTR electric hydraulic demand switches on the P5 overhead panel are in
10.
the OFF position.

11. The fuel pump switches on the P5 overhead panel are in the OFF position.

Ensure the cabin altitude control mode selector switch on the P5 overhead panel is NOT in the

manual position.

13. The autopilot is left in the DISENGAGED position.

14. The landing gear lever is in the DOWN position and the flap lever is in the UP position

15. The speed brake lever is in the DOWN detent.

16. Thrust levers are set to idle and thrust reverser levers in the STOWED position.

17. The fuel control switches are in the CUT OFF position.

18. Fire handles are set to the DOWN position.

19. The weather radar switch is NOT selected on.

20. ATC Transponder switch is set to the STANDBY position.

21. FDAS switch set to the OFF position.

22. Parking brake is set to normal and accumulator pressure is normal

23 All passenger entry and service doors are set to the DISARM position

Ensure that the cabin and galley equipment is secured, paying particular attention to galley carts

and stowage latches.

25. Toilets have been serviced IAW AMM: TASK 12-17-01/301

26. Water has been serviced IAW AMM: TASK 12-14-01/301

27. Technical Log actioned and signed.
