    Prices are subject to change, any terms and conditions apart from the above stated are to be discussed and agreed
    mutually before finalization of the order.

    1. Electrical wiring, fire sprinkler pipes, lighting points, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, Smoke detectors to be
    cleared from the route by the main contractor/client removal and Reinstallation of those services are not
    included in our scope of work and will be charged extra.
    2. All civil works, Ceiling & Electrical works are under client scope.
    3. The client should arrange all the passes and working permissions.
    4. If any other extra work will be charged.
    5. All the materials delivered will be remained as starwings property until the payment is completely settled.
    6. We will provide a technician on call basis to site in case of emergency or for any other work on
    rectifications in package units we supply.
    7. Diffuser is based on the rough line diagram as per Drawing.
    8. This quotation is been done as per the customer request without site seeing and without CAD
    drawing.
    9. All the gate passes are under client’s scope.
    10. Duct shall be verified after the complete site visit quote mentioned SQM 470 based on the sketch
    on drawing.
    Delivery:

    EX-STOCK (PRIOR TO SALE).
