    AFFIDAVIT OF AGGREGATE LANDHOLDING


    I, ________________________, of legal age, Filipino and currently residing
    at ___________________________, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and state: THAT-

    1. I am the actual tiller/occupant of the parcel of agricultural land located at


    __________________________, with an area of
    ______________________________ (____________) Square Meters more
    or less;

    2. I am currently applying for the titling of the aforementioned parcel of land


    pursuant to Executive Order No. 75 (E.O. 75), promulgated on February 15,
    2019, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, in relation to the
    Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP);

    3. Aside from the said parcel of land, I do not own any other agricultural land
    in the Province of Tarlac or anywhere else in the Philippines;

    4. I am executing this affidavit in support of my application with the


    Department of Agrarian Reform for the titling of said land pursuant to E.O.
    75, series of 2019 in relation to the CARP, and for whatever other legal
    purposes it may serve.

    I, TOMAS S. TUA, of legal age, Filipino and currently residing at Purok 3,
    Brgy. Aranguren, Capas, Tarlac, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
    with law, hereby depose and state: THAT-

    1. I am the actual tiller/occupant of the parcel of agricultural land located at


    Sitio Guliman, Brgy. Aranguren, Capas, Tarlac, with an area of TWENTY
    THOUSAND (20,000) Square Meters more or less;

    2. I am currently applying for the titling of the aforementioned parcel of land


    pursuant to Executive Order No. 75 (E.O. 75), promulgated on February 15,
    2019, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, in relation to the
    Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP);

    3. Aside from the said parcel of land, I do not own any other agricultural land
    in the Province of Tarlac or anywhere else in the Philippines;

    4. I am executing this affidavit in support of my application with the


    Department of Agrarian Reform for the titling of said land pursuant to E.O.
