    1. On October 26, 2023 a night inspection was conducted from 8pm to 9pm of the TTC, ORH, Canteen Area, and STP. 2. Irregularities noted included partially defective lights at the TTC, visibility issues of signage, laborers sitting/sleeping near the ORH, and adequate lighting elsewhere with no safety issues. 3. The canteen was open and functioning during the inspection with no other abnormalities found.

    Undersigned conducted night inspection in reference to above as per following
    details.

    1. Date: 26.10.2023
    2. Time: 20:00-21:00 hrs.
    3. Area inspected: TTC, ORH, Canteen Area, STP.
    4. Irregularities noted are as follows:

    a) Lights of glow sign boardings of TTC area were partially defective and visibility of
    written contents poor.
    b) Canteen was open and functional.
    c) Some labourers were seen to be sitting/ sleeping alongside road adjoining ORH
    d) No abnormality noticed in STP area vicinity
    5. Besides above, lighting was adequate and no irregularities were noticed with regard to
    general safety, miscreant activities etc.
