    I, VANESSA CALESTERO AGUM, a resident of 22-Z Ascencion St., Banilad, Cebu


    City, declare this to be my Codicil (this “Codicil”) to my Last Will and Testament
    created by me on April 11, 2021 (my “Last Will and Testament”).

    1. My Last Will and Testament shall be amended and modified as


    set forth herein below.

    2. Provisions in relation to my child, PEARL AGUM, shall be


    deleted because of her threats and intimidation towards me in
    relation to the Will, and the said provision shall be amended and her
    bequest shall be given to the PHILIPPINE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY
    instead.

    3. My husband, James Daniel Agum, is hereby added to my Last


    Will and Testament and shall read as follows: Any jewelry and all
    other personal belongings acquired from the date of the original will,
    April 11, 2021, to date, shall be bequeathed to Mr. James Daniel
    Agum.

    4. All other provisions stay the same.

    5. If any statement in this Codicil contradicts or conflicts with my


    Last Will and Testament, this Codicil shall control it.

    6. In all other respects I reaffirm and republish my Last Will and


    Testament as referenced above.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, VANESSA CALESTER0 AGUM, have signed my


    initials on each of the preceding 5 page(s), and have signed my name below, on this
    17th day of April, 2022.

    SIGNED AND DECLARED by VANESSA CALESTERO AGUM, in our joint presence


    to be [his/her] first and only Codicil to Last Will and Testament, and remaining in
    [his/her] presence, and in the presence of each other, and at [his/her] request, we
    signed as attesting witnesses, this clause having first been read aloud.

    ATTESTATION CLAUSE

    We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated

    opposite our respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator,

    DOLLY REBECCA PAR TON has published unto us the foregoing will

    consisting of 5 pages numbered correlatively in letters on the upper

    part of each page,as his/her Last Will and Testament and has signed

    the same on each and every page thereof on the left margin, in our

    joint presence, and we, in turn, at his/her request have witnessed and

    signed the same on each and every page thereof, on the left margin, in

    the presence of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

    JOINT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the city of Cebu City, personally
    appeared:

    The testator VANESSA CALESTERO AGUM, with UMID No. C- 9865

    issued at Cebu City on September 3, 2021;

    Witness, SHULODIE ARRIBA, with UMID No. C-14544 issued at

    Cebu City on August 19, 2021;

    Witness, NEDI GOOPIO, with UMID No. C- 6756 issued at Cebu

    City on September, 1, 2021;

    Witness, MAP MARIE ABELLA, with UMID No. C-4356 issued at

    Cebu City on August 29, 2021; all known to me to be the same

    persons who executed the foregoing Will, the first as testator and

    the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively

    acknowledged to me that the same as their own free act and deed.

    This CODICIL consists of 5 page/s, including the page on which this

    acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin

    of each and every page thereof by the testator and his witnesses, and

    sealed with my notarial seal.
