    AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF CANAPNAPAN,


    CORELLA, BOHOL, PRESCRIBING THE USE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR UNNOFFICIAL/UNAUTHORIZED
    USE THEREOF
    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Canapnapan recognized the need for the council to
    have a logo/seal that will represent the principles and aspirations of the body;
    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan is likewise necessary to identify official transactions and documents
    of the Sanggunian;
    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF CANAPNAPAN, CORELLA,
    BOHOL AS FOLLOWS:
    SECTION 1. Official Logo/Seal. The official logo/seal of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Canapnapan,
    Corella, Bohol shall be as depicted below:

    10-DEGREE TILTED “S” AND “K” LETTERS


    - symbolizes the 10 core positions in the Sangguniang Kabataan: one elected Chairperson, seven elected SK
    Councilors, one appointed Secretary, and one appointed Treasurer

    BLUE, RED, SUN, & STAR


    - represents allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines

    TARSIER
    - represents the significant identity of Barangay Canapnapan as Home of the Tarsiers
    SECTION 2. Purpose of Seal and Authorized Use of Logo/Seal. The official logo/seal of the Sangguniang
    Bayan shall be for official purposes only. It shall appear in all official documents, official social media accounts of the
    Sangguniang Kabataan, and in circumstances where the Sanggunian permits the use thereof.
    SECTION 3. Unauthorized use of the logo/seal. It shall be unlawful for any person, natural or juridical, to
    print the official logo/seal of the Sangguniang Kabataan for purpose of sale, distribution or circulate, manufacture,
    publish, use, display or offer for sale any document or items, merchandise which simulate the official logo/seal of the
    Sangguniang Kabataan without the express written consent of the Sangguniang Kabataan. Any violation of this
    provision shall be punishable by an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or a fine of not more than Two
    Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 2,500.00) or both, subject to the discretion of the courts.
    SECTION 4. Separability. In the event that a part of this ordinance be declared invalid, the remaining
    provisions not declared so shall stand effective.
    SECTION 5. Repealing Clause. Any ordinance or measure found to be inconsistent with this ordinance shall
    be deemed repealed.
    SECTION 6. Effectivity. This ordinance shall be effective upon its approval.
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to furnish copies of this ordinance to the Mayor’s Office, 19 th
    Sangguniang Bayan, Liga ng mga Barangay and other concerned in this barangay.
