3. EZCorporate ERP Agreement Highlights

reasons that leads to stake our existing local and international clientage.
3.3. Upgradations and customization mean the enhancement and features addition in current
version of ERP, it doesn’t mean the destruction of old process/flow.

3.7.2.Level 2/3 Support : any query other than knowledge sharing falls into level 2 and 3 support
and time factor may vary depends on the query. Any such query due to which client’s work
flow get stuck will be resolved on priority basis through backend team.
