All warning notices contained in these operating instructions warn and inform about potential dangers, which ultimately
prevents accidents and potential dangers for the device users and third parties. In addition, local accident prevention rules and
regulations must be followed.
In the case of vehicles with a GVM up to 3.5 t, where it is not possible to travel on public roads with full water tanks, only empty
tanks should be used and filled at the accident site. If it is not possible to draw water at the site of failure, it is permissible to fill
one water tank (depending on the tank configuration) and drive to the workplace by one driver / operator.
Before starting the device, read the operating instructions and make sure that you understand all the
recommendations contained in them.
ATTENTION!
Transport of high-pressure devices with water tanks is allowed only with full or empty tanks !!!
During transport, in tanks filled with water, the so-called "ripple" phenomenon occurs due to the
movement of liquid in the tank. The forces with which the water acts on the walls of the tank, and thus
the entire device together with the chassis, may lead to the loss of control of the vehicle and its
overturning!
Therefore, it is forbidden to transport devices with tanks partially filled with water!
ATTENTION!
When transporting any tanks filled with water, the speed should be adjusted to the prevailing road and
weather conditions, taking into account the risk of "rippling" of the liquid in the tank!
Before starting work, check the technical condition, in particular, protective covers and wire
insulation.
When operating the device, keep children and animals in the vicinity.
Do not place any objects on the operating device.
Immediately turn off the device when you notice changes in the device's operation, such as automatic
change of engine speed, overheating of connected devices, sparks, smoke, flames, excessive noise or
vibrations - THIS MAY DAMAGE AND LOSE THE WARRANTY !!!
ATTENTION
Check the oil temperature during operation. After reaching + 80˚C, stop the device and wait until the oil
cools down. The best working temperature is around 40˚C.

7.1 ENGINE
Type V-Twin, 4-stroke, air-cooled, OHV (overhead valve)
Fuel Petrol
Oil 10W40
The manufacturer and model of the engine is described on the engine nameplate. More information from the manufacturer.
9.1 START-UP
1. Fill the tank with fuel (see TECHNICAL PARAMETERS). Refueling should take place in well-ventilated rooms with the engine
turned off. Do not overfill the tank - the fuel mirror is below 2 cm from the top edge of the tank (not from the cap!). After
each refueling, check that the tank is properly closed.
Do not smoke or use open flame or spark-generating devices in the place where you refuel or where the
fuel is stored.
2. Check the engine and pump oil levels and top up if necessary. Checking the fluid level should be done with the device level.
If the level is too low, add oil to the maximum level.
Do not fill with more oil than the maximum level indication!
Only use the oils specified by the component manufacturers!
Unless otherwise specified by the device manufacturer, the oils should be changed at least once a year.
3. Check that the air filter is clean. Clean if dirty. Using a dirty air filter will result in an incorrect fuel / air ratio. This results in
uneven engine operation, which can lead to complete standstill.
4. Connecting the battery with the engine may only be performed after making sure that this operation will not result in an
uncontrolled engine starting. To prevent this, the engine fuel valve should be closed and the starter key in the "STOP / 0 /
OFF" position. The cables should be connected as follows: first connect the "+" terminal of the starter device with the "+"
pole of the battery, then connect the "ground" terminal connected with the engine body to the "-" terminal of the battery.
The battery generates explosive gases, so do not allow naked flames, cigarettes, or any spark-generating
device near the battery.
ATTENTION! Do not connect a cable with unknown polarity
5. Check the cleanliness of the water filter. Clean if dirty. The use of a dirty water filter reduces the amount of liquid supplied
to the pump. This significantly reduces the efficiency of the device. It can also cause uneven pump operation or so-called
"dry" operation, which will lead to the complete shutdown of the pump! Such damage is not subject to warranty repairs
and is tantamount to FULL LOSS OF THE WARRANTY! It is recommended that you clean the water filter each time you start
up the high pressure cleaner.
Starting the IC engine with the shut-off valve on the pressure hose in the "open" position will
automatically supply high-pressure water directly to the pressure hose. Such a situation may pose a
direct threat to the health and life of the operator or third parties in the vicinity of the device! Opening
the shut-off valve for the water supply to the pressure hose is only allowed when the cleaning nozzle is
in the channel!
Starting the engine automatically starts the high-pressure pump. Cutting off the water supply in front
of the water filter and starting the device will result in "dry" operation and will lead to permanent
damage to the water pump and TOTAL LOSS OF THE WARRANTY!
8. Fill the water tank through the filler opening at the top of the tank. Optionally, for machines equipped with a filling hose,
connect the end of the filling hose to the water supply. Then open the shut-off valve on the filling hose and start filling the
tank with water.
It is not recommended to transport the water long distances. The optimal solution is to fill the water
tank at the point of failure with a filling hose after securing the chassis against tilting.
9. Release the pressure-regulating valve on the pressure hose to the "zero / open" position..
Increasing the pressure of the water supplied to the pressure hose is allowed only after the combustion
engine has stabilized. Starting the device with a given pressure (pressure regulating valve in a position
other than "zero / open") will cause the so-called "cold start" of the pump under additional load, which
may lead to permanent damage to the engine-pump system. Mechanical damage of this type is not
subject to warranty repairs and is tantamount to loss of warranty.
10. Provide the high-pressure hose with a suitable working tool - cleaning nozzles, high-pressure gun, etc. For example, a
cleaning nozzles with a remote control should be used to remove blockages in the pipes. Then, after removing the blockage,
insert the blank cleaning nozzle to thoroughly clean the canal. Cleaning of surfaces such as wells, squares, parking lots,
building facades, walls, terraces, etc. should be done with a high-pressure gun.
The technical parameters of the working tools must correspond to the pressure and water volume
generated by the high-pressure device. For safety reasons, only the equipment that is suitable for a
given high-pressure device model should be used.
In case of any doubts as to the selection of working nozzles, please contact the KanRo Ltd® sales or
service department.
The starter should not work for more than 5 seconds - there is a risk of damage to the starter. Wait 10
seconds between starting attempts.
Never start the engine when it is running or not completely stopped - there is a risk of damaging the
starter.
The emergency stop switch can only be used when there is a risk to people, animals, devices or the
environment. Do not use as a switch of the device during normal operation!
Normal operation may be resumed after the "STOP" control has been returned to its initial state and reset. Resetting the device
is possible only by manually acting on the control element, but resetting itself will not restart the device.
Devices not equipped with an emergency safety switch - in emergency situations requiring an emergency stop of the
device, turn the ignition switch of the combustion engine to the "0" / "OFF" position. This will automatically stop all high-
pressure systems from operating.
Attention:
The high-pressure hose should only be wound under pressure to avoid damage to the reel. If the
water tank is almost empty, make sure the hose is unrolled before the pressure is released.
The high pressure hose can be rolled up or unwound by pressing the appropriate button on the control panel or on
the remote control (optional). The winding or unwinding speeds are set using the speed regulator of the hydraulic
reel.
After switching off the hydraulic drive, the hose can be unwound manually.
Attention!
Operate the winding or unwinding with one hand, and with the other hand, pull the high-pressure
hose to the place where it is to be inserted.
The use of the hydraulic system for winding and unwinding the high-pressure hose is possible only after
the engine has been started.
When the pressure is reached, the pressure hose is automatically drawn into the pipeline.
7. After clearing the blockage, clean the canal completely using a suitable cleaning nozzle - repeat steps 1 to 6.
ATTENTION! To change the cleaning nozzle or turn on the machine, use:
a. reduce the operating pressure with the regulator knob,
b. retract the pressure hose completely from the tubing,
c. reduce engine speed,
d. close the pressure ball valve.
Changing the cleaning nozzle is allowed only after making sure that the working pressure in the high
pressure hose has dropped to 0.
It is recommended to use guide rollers to avoid mechanical damage to the high pressure hose - e.g.
chafing and / or cuts at the edges of manholes.
Seasonally, in periods when the temperature drops below 0⁰C, high-pressure devices are exposed to
permanent mechanical damage resulting from the freezing of water remaining in the machine's
systems. Such damage is not covered by the warranty!
In winter, in order to avoid the above-mentioned damage, follow the procedures belowr:
Before starting work with the high-pressure appliance, repeat the above-mentioned activities in order
to remove the anti-freeze from the system. This fluid, as long as it does not contain water, can be
reused to protect the high-pressure device from low temperatures.
Safe departure for operation of high-pressure devices at ambient temperatures down to -10⁰C:
For operation in conditions below 0˚C, it is good to equip the device with the optional WEBASTO system.
When using the winter circuit, the minimum water level in the tank must be maintained (low water
level).
These activities can only be performed when leaving the heated garage.
Safe departure to work of high-pressure devices at an ambient temperature below -10⁰C with WEBASTO turned
on:
For operation in temperatures below -10˚C, the device must be equipped with the optional Webasto
type system
In vehicles equipped with WEBASTO, the machinery space must be heated from the exit from the garage
to the return to the garage, this will allow to maintain a positive temperature in the machinery space.
Only the use of original spare parts ensures good repair quality and proper operation of the device, and
thus the service provides a full warranty. The seller and the guarantor are not responsible for damage to
the devices resulting from the use of non-original or not supplied by the Distributor spare parts.
The prerequisite for long-term anti-corrosion protection of the device is its regular maintenance,
including systematic washing with agents that are neutral for protective coatings, as well as removal and
protection of any corrosion centers, regardless of their causes.
1. All the steps described are required within the warranty period of the device.
2. Inspections and repairs should be performed regularly, according to the instructions.
Treat used oil in a manner that is not harmful to the environment. Take it in an airtight container to the
nearest gas station or recycling facility.
The muffler becomes very hot while the engine is running and remains hot for a while after stopping
the engine. Be careful not to touch the muffler while it is hot. Let it cool down before performing any
maintenance.
If the methods provided do not remove the faults, please contact the company service immediately - tel. +48 (85) 671-19-40.
Fuel is thick and does not come Check the fuel tank and fuel filter. Remove water, dirt and other contaminants. Since all
out. fuel is filtered with a filter, water and other contaminants must be removed by cleaning
with kerosene.
Air or water mixed in the fuel Air in the injection lines will cause the fuel pump to malfunction. In order to maintain the
system. correct fuel injection pressure, carefully inspect the fuel line connections for looseness, cap
nuts, etc. Loosen the coupling bolt on top of the fuel filter and the fuel injection pump
bleed bolts to purge all air from the fuel system.
Incorrect valve clearance. Set the valve clearance between 0.145 and 0.185 mm with the engine cold.
Low compression pressure. Leaking valve or excessive wear on rings, pistons, or cylinders causing improper
compression. Replace with new parts.
Battery discharged and engine Charge the battery.
will not start. During the winter, the battery should be removed from the device, fully charged and stored
in a warm closed room. Install in the device when in use.
If you cannot find the cause of the damage, please contact the service.
In the event of a sudden stop of the engine, depressurize the engine using the decompressor and turn
the engine slightly by pulling on the fan belt. In the event that it rotates easily without resistance, the
fault is usually due to a lack of fuel or a bad cylinder head.

13.1 PURPOSE
Piston pumps are designed for use in machines or systems for conveying water under pressure, such as: vehicle washing, civil and
industrial washing, etc.
The working environment must be at the following temperatures: min. 0 ° C (32 ° F) - max. 45 ° C (113 ° F).
The pump must not be submerged in any liquid.
Use, even for a short time, at a pressure above this limit would damage the pump itself.
The control valve must conform to the pressure, flow and temperature maximum values stated on the
label and under "INLET CONDITIONS".
Incorrect installation of the pressure regulator valve can cause serious personal injury and property
damage and can seriously damage your current Pump.
The circuit must be equipped with a different safety valve to prevent exceeding the maximum
pressure in the event of an anomaly in the pressure regulator valve.
13.4.6 HEAD
A damaged head can cause a pressure drop; in this case, do not adjust the pressure regulator valve to increase the pressure in the
system, as when the supply line is closed, the pressure will increase and the pump may be damaged. If the pressure drops, it is
recommended to replace the nozzle and readjust the system pressure. The pump flow rate must be at least 10% higher than the
flow rate required by the media; the excess flow rate must be discharged.
13.4.7 MANOMETER
Install a pressure gauge as close as possible to the pump outlet as the maximum pressure stated on the pump label refers to the
pressure detected on the pump head and not on the pump head or other accessories.
13.5 MAINTENANCE
13.5.1 ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
If the pump is used for light duty, the following routine maintenance is recommended:
after the first 50 hours: oil change (see Lubrication section);
every 500 hours: oil change (see section Lubrication);
every 1000 hours: replace valves - replace piston sealing rings.
Carry out maintenance more frequently for heavy tasks.
13.5.2 LUBRICATION
The pump is delivered with the correct quantity of lubricating oil (see table). Periodically check the oil level in the pump with the
oil dipstick. Use OIL type SAE 15W-40 or equivalent. Here are some recommended types of oil:
• AGIP F 1 SUPERMOTOROIL 15W-40
• BP VANELLUS C 15W-40
• CASTROL GTX 15W40
