Roles and responsibilities in HPE:
We must take care of all HPIT, HPES, and all clients who purchased the HPE Storage Products. We check the storage backup at both software level and at hardware level we check for drive failures. If we find there is an issue with the storage products, we replace the parts by ordering and engaging the CE onsite. We used to co-ordinate with CE until the issue was resolved.
