    Sir,
    Please refer your letter under reference regarding the appointment as Civil Globe

    Consultants h/t. Ltd with Key personnel Mr. Manoj Hanmawale as "Design Director" for the

    above subject project as per Clause 10.1 (b) cf the EPC Agreement.
    .Fufther, as per Contract Agreement Clause: 20.L.6, "The Contractor shall provide to the
    Authority, within 30 days of the Appointed Date, evidence of professional liability insurance

    maintained by its Design Director and I or consultants to cover the risk of professional negligence
    in the design of works. The professional liabilify coverage shall be for a sum of not less than 3%
    (three percent) of the Contract price and shall be maintained until the end of the Defects Liability
    Period".
    Hence, the copy of professional liability insurance mainiained by Design Director may be

    submitted at the earliest for reference and record,
