$9.6m budget. Hired on staff to lead project management for initiative centered on delivering open-sourced diagnostic data
harmonization platform with key goal of improving clinical processes relating to acceleration of regulatory processes.
• Federal Experience: Met 100% of contractually specified deliverables in Statement of Work (SOW) by partnering closely
with Executive Sponsor, Federal Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Program Management counterparts.
• Business Growth: Successfully facilitated contract amendment process that increased contract by $1.6m to $9.6m.
• Operational Management: Partnered with executive leadership to launch non-profit organization, OpenCDx Inc., to
oversee open-sourced software initiatives involving data diagnostics captured on medical devices (e.g. LFT).
• Proposal Writing: Applied structured and unified process to proposal writing team for responding to RFPs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Managed corporate relationship with Federal client (FDA) and established significant trust by
navigating meeting facilitation with complex personalities.

• Navigating Instability: Mitigated instability and attrition challenges amid acquisition, retirement of popular legacy
platform, and organizational restructures by improving morale, transparency to team members, and driving collaboration.
• Operational Management: Led organizational restructures following acquisitions and BU merges to streamline

• P&L Management: Controlled a technology portfolio and managed an annual ~$10m+ Capex Budget and $1.5m Opex

and forecasting. Tracked major initiatives. Led governance meetings with Parent Company's PMO.
• Program Management: Established PMO with mature and scalable processes by infusing industry experience to efficiently
oversee 50+ ongoing projects, including standardized documentation and phase gate processes for launching projects.
