    Subject: Announcement of Early Bird Balloting at New City Paradise

    Dear Saddam Hussain, New City Paradise is making all efforts for timely delivery and has achieved
    tremendous development in a very short time, which is it possible without the support of our valuable
    customers, Alhamdulilah keeping this promine the first time in the history of Pakistan we're pleased to
    announce the Early Bird balloting of New City Paradise just 7 months after the launch, the balloting will be
    conducted on a "First Come, First Serve" basis, giving all the members an equal opportunity to obtain their
    plot in the most transparent and fair manners

    To participate in the balloting procedure, you must complete the payment before the mentioned date. We
    highly encourage you to avail then golden opportunity and be part of the balloting process for the
    possession of the plot.

    Early Bird balloting is for limited number of plots and can be closed without any prior notification.

    Eligibilty Criteria:

    To be eligible for participation in the balloting process, subjected dues should be cleared for your selected
    plot, the last date to deposit the remaining payment to be part of balloting process is 20th September
    2023

    Note:

    All members who do not wish to participate in first balloting shall continue their 42 months payment plan
    as per schedule.
