Skolkovo is a 400ha mixed use development on the outskirts of Moscow, partly funded
by the Federal Government. My directorate controlled the delivery of two 500,000m2
BUA master planned communities which include single family residential, low rise
apartments, grade A offices, a 5 star hotel, local retail and social infrastructure.
My Key Achievements have been:

• The delivery, from inception to commissioning, of 12,000 m2 of corporate and
commercial office space
• The delivery of 5000 m2 of single family corporate housing, including fit out and
furnishings
• Managing feasibility to tender documents, for 400 high spec, fully furnished
residential apartments
• Developing and maintaining development strategies, business plans and financial
models
• Leading the investment campaign to engage 3rd party developers, equity investors
and debt providers
• Definition and implementation of the asset management strategy for the office and
residential assets
• Developing the business case, concept and scheme design for a 5 star luxury resort
hotel
• Leading negotiations with international hotel operators for technical services and
management services
• Successfully leading award winning international architects through the design

Limitless is a Dubai Government owned international developer whose portfolio of

projects consists of large scale master planned communities and urban mixed use
projects. My role was to source opportunities in Russia and Pakistan, and to lead
numerous projects through the feasibility and design phases.
My Key Achievements were:

• Representing Limitless in a Joint Venture for the development of a 114ha master
planned community in Moscow (Ivakino project), from concept master plan through
to construction tendering
• Leading the delivery of Ivakino’s first phase, consisting of 200 apartments from
concept to construction
• Participating in a successful finance campaign to attract equity and debt for the
Ivakino project
• Leading negotiations, feasibility studies and the due diligence process for multiple
project acquisitions and JV partnerships in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Lahore and
Karachi
• Working with the Karachi Government to win a tender for a 25,000ha regional
development plan
