    Guard-Wrap™

    Description: Specifications:
    Guard-Wrap™ consists of a spunbonded polyester Color Brown
    mat saturated with microcrystalline wax that is Polyester film thickness .5 mil
    laminated to a polyester film that is coated with
    Total thickness 10 - 14 mils
    microcrystalline wax. Its conformability makes it
    ideal for wrapping fittings. It also works well on Dielectric strength 3500 volts (min)
    straight pipe. Wax melt point 160 - 180°F

    Application Procedures:

    Pre-apply the Trenton coating of choice and wrap
    Guard-Wrap over the coating, allowing for at least
    a 1" overlap. It is preferable to apply the dull Estimated Quantity Requirements:
    side against the pipe and the smoother, film side
    against the soil. On straight pipe, Guard-Wrap can Guard-Wrap
    be spiral wrapped or cigarette wrapped and is Pipe Size Sq. yds./100 ft.

    allow slack in the Guard-Wrap so it can be formed
