The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of Four Laning Section of NH-166 from Chokak to Sangli (Ankali) Km. 145.300 to Km. 171.133 and Shiroli (Sangli Phata) to Chokak from Km. 0.00 to Km 7.719, between Kolhapur & Sangli, in the state of Maharashtra to be executed on BOT (Toll) mode under NH (O), and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded. IST). Bid must be submitted online only at http://etenders.gov.in on or before 07.03.2024 (upto 1100 hours IST) with the NHAI e- Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), i.e. https://etenders.gov.in on or before 07.03.2024 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received online shall be opened on 08.03.2024 (at 1130 hours IST). Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Highest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. However, while submitting Bid Security via Account Payee demand draft or Banker’s cheque, it is to be ensured by the Bidder that Account Payee demand draft or Banker’s cheque are submitted physically latest within 5-working days of the Bid Due Date (upto 11:00 hours).
