Human resources (HR) is the set of people who make up the workforce of an
organization, business sector, industry, or economy
Human resources (HR) --> people who work for a company or organization and
the department responsible for managing all matters related to employees,
who collectively represent one of the most valuable resources in any businesses
or organization.
Human Resources Development (HRD) --> HRD concept was first introduced
by Leonard Nadler in 1969 in a conference in US. “He defined HRD as those
learning experience which are organized, for a specific time, and designed to
bring about the possibility of behavioral change”.
Human Resource Development (HRD) is the framework for helping employees develop their
personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities.
