    SERIES OF 2023

    A RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE CHILDREN’S RIGHTS THROUGH THE CELEBRATION


    OF “BUWAN NG MGA BATA” EVERY NOVEMBER AND PROJECTING CHILD’S RIGHTS
    AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN MOST VISIBLE PORTION OF THE SCHOOL

    WHEREAS, the conduct of National Children’s Month is not yet done in the New Canaan
    Integrated School;

    WHEREAS, as gentle reminder for everyone to ensure that the action of the school
    personnel and its stakeholders is making a safe environment and creating a better world for
    young learners;

    WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act No. 10661, the National Children's Month (NCM) or
    also known as the “Buwan ng mga Bata” in the Philippines is annually celebrated every
    November to commemorate the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of
    the Child (UNCRC) on 20 November 1989;

    NOW THEREFORE, a motion of Hon. Lorencio B. Caray, duly seconded by Mr. Lino
    Sampayon and all its officers and members of NCIS School Governing Council it is...

    RESOLVED and SIGNED this 15th day of September 2023 at New Canaan, Alabel,
    Sarangani Province.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to the schools Division
    office- School head and SGC Secretary and must be circulated and posted on the
    transparency board and other public areas within the school vicinity for their proper
    information and guidance.
