INTRODUCTION

Word processors, though a common tool in the workplace, can be quickly tricky at times especially if you
are typing a letter or making simple invitations. By doing so, the amount of features that we utilize, particularly
in Microsoft Word 2016, is only superficial. In fact, even the most common tasks you usually do can be
automated further making your work more efficient and effective.
In this module, you will learn mail merge and the three essential components, insert images and other
external materials.
