Dear Ms. ULARTE:
I am writing in behalf of my client Enriquito U. Magahis Jr., to demand payment of your

unpaid monetary obligation.
Records show that you contracted from him personal loan in the amount of ONE MILLION,
THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINE and
10/100(₱1,335,909.10). To cover the payment of your obligation, you issued the following
checks which, when presented for payment, was dishonored by the drawee bank for the
reason of “Drawn Against a Closed Account”, as follow:

obligation in the amount of ONE MILLION, THREE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINE and 10/100(₱1,335,909.10) within FIVE (5)
DAYS from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the necessary
legal actions against you, both criminal and civil, to protect the interest of my client
WITHOUT NEED OF ANY FURTHER NOTICE.
Needless to state, in the event of suit, I shall hold you liable for interests, damages and
other expenses which every court litigation necessarily entails. I hope you will give this
matter your serious and utmost attention in order to avert the unnecessary expenses,
inconvenience and embarrassment of my contemplated actions.
