Alarm system
Functionality
The alarm system triggers audible and visual signals.
The alarm system is automatically activated approxi-
mately 30 seconds after the vehicle is locked.

the following events occur:

What you should be mindful of

Automatic belt retractor
The automatic retractor locks the belt if it is pulled Operation

Belt tensioners
The safety of the driver and front passenger wearing
their seat belts is enhanced by belt tensioners.

Unfastening the seat belt For safety reasons, we always recommend that chil-
dren are transported in the back seats. Only trans-
port children in the front passenger seat in excep-
tional cases.
Only use child seats that comply with the regula-
tions ECE-R 44 and ECE-R 129 of the European Eco-
nomic Commission and regulations AIS072 and GSO
1709/2005.
Child seats in accordance with the standards ECE-R
44 and ECE-R 129 are marked with: a large E in
a circle, with the test number below.
Troubleshooting WARNING
· Before installing a forward-facing child seat, ad-
