The purpose of this document is to provide information about the features of the Aristocrat
electronic gaming machine (EGM).
Tips for Using this Document

Steps for individual tasks within a procedure are numbered for your reference and should be
followed in the order presented.
Menu items and playbutton names appear in bold Arial font.

For example: On the File menu, click Exit.
Screen messages appear in monospaced Courier New font.
For example: The Cancel Credit Call Attendant message displays.
Special Symbols
Warnings, Cautions, and Notes appear throughout this manual. They are designated as shown
below:
WARNING
Indicates an operating procedure or maintenance practice which, if not correctly
followed, could result in personal injury or loss of life.
CAUTION

maintenance that must be carried out by licensed technicians.
Gives a general overview of the hardware and software.

Provides instructions for installation and fault finding.
Parts Catalogue
The parts catalogue is aimed at operators and service technicians.
Shows illustrations of each of the components of the EGM.

Links each illustration with part numbers.
Important Safety Information

This document contains important information about the use of the equipment and hazards
involved in owning and operating the equipment to which it relates. The equipment can be very
hazardous if used other than in accordance with this document.
If you do not follow the directions in this manual and on warning labels you increase the risk of
the following things occurring:

technician, tampering with the EGM can kill you.
