For Pouch Applications

Our units work well in all types of plastic films, including PE, PET, laminates and
metal foils. Pearl equipment works with most common pouch applications such as
stand up, retort, 3-side, spouted, zipper, quad seal and fin seal pouches. If you’re
looking for tear notch, hanger hole, handle hole, vent holes, corner cuts and angle
cuts, we have a variety of units that can do the job!
For Vented Bag Applications

Pearl punching and perforating units are great for all venting applications, from
produce bags to formed lidded packaging. Whether your application is intermittent
or continuous, Pearl has a long-lasting solution that produces excellent hole quality
in virtually any hole pattern or configuration. Pearl units can help with potato bags,
grape/cherry bags, formed lidded berry packaging, and formed lidded to-go con-
tainers.
For Wicketed Bag Applications

Pearl machine attachments and punches produce quality holes, safely and efficient-
ly, leading to higher overall bag output. Our equipment works with most common
wicketing applications include bread and bakery bags, diaper/hygiene bags, ice
