guest for a long time getting to know more about the ups and downs in the career path which
may not be always rosy as she stated. To fall and rise again is the challenge of entrepreneurs is

Ms. Rajani Raman is a dietician who tried to relate that mind and food are very closely
interlinked. She addressed that saying that You are what you eat. This clearly indicated that the
food is what makes us think in different dimensions. Healthy food is very essential for the body
and good metabolism and betterment of the life. However, in today’s world most of the people
are known to skill their meals thinking they are doing a great job by working even during their
eating hours. There cannot be a greater irony than this is what was stated by the speaker. She
addressed the gathering by indicating the importance of a balanced meal. Every meal need not be
rich, but it is very essential to have a balanced meal.
A good meal leads to healthy mind and this motivates the individuals to eat good food.
The skills which are developed by the individuals must be important since it helps for an overall
development of the individuals. The way the students think is what leads them to become better
individuals and also to be more skillful is what she stressed.
Ms. Ranjini set examples of many individuals who were able to work and think
effectively after a good meal and how the mind works when served with balanced diet. Hence,
she concluded the talk by insisting the students that daily 3 good meals can keep us healthy and
keep the doctor away. Good food is medicine for a healthy life. She gave a quote saying that eat
like a king in the morning and eat like a prince in the afternoon and finally eat like a beggar at
night so that you can remain healthy all your life.
Outcomes of the Event:
• The students found the session to be an eye opener since it has elaborate discussion of
food for thought. The mind is considered to work much better and function at a better
frequency with food was the conclusion.
• There were many students who never felt the need for breakfast who rushed out of
their houses each morning either to work or earn. It was a great learning to all of them
since the guest stressed on the point that food is the most vital component for any life
on earth for better quality of life.

of the work,it is important to gather the spirit of planning. Be it the smallest work, it needs good

Report on “Webinar on OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP”
Mr. Narendra Kumar offered to enlighten the students on an interesting topic like
opportunities for entrepreneurship in order to motivate the students. His main objective of the
meeting was that he wanted to inculcate the thought in the minds of the students that
entrepreneurship is not a dream. It is possible and can be made feasible if there is a willingness
to work towards the goal.
He shared the success stories of several entrepreneurs who were able to come up in life
after a long struggle. The planning strategy needs to be very strong and well decided. The
funding is another aspect which is very difficult for most of the startups and hence they conclude
that it is near to impossible to start a career as an entrepreneur without any financial assistance.
However, there are various government funding available which can be made use of for the
development of skills. The government and several other NGO are readily available to help in
the development of the projects or startups.
The students were highly enthusiastic in participation in the lecture and they noted down
the contact details of the guest speaker so that they can interact with them at a later stage in life
whenever they need any hand holding support. The student minds were instilled with the
thought that there are ample opportunities for every individual if they want to start their career as
entrepreneur. We need to tap the resources at the right time.
