Feedback from Beneficiaries/ Students

• The crowd consisted of in-house students only which was close to 74. They found the
session to be interesting and interactive. Since it was to the expectation of the students to
cater to their needs, they were willing to attend more of these kinds of awareness camps.
• They also expressed that it would guide them in future since they did not know the
whereabouts of entrepreneurship.
• The funding bodies, agencies, investors, laws and policies were not covered in any
syllabus. Unless they attend camps like this, they would never be able to sharpen their
skills or aspire their goals is what some students expressed.

minds. Financial support can be sought by various agencies which was highlighted in
continuation of the program by the next speaker.

“Webinar on SUCCESSFUL CAREER AFTER COLLEGE”

Description of the event:

Mr. Challiyal was an enthusiastic speaker who came to highlight the gathering on an
interesting topic. He said, you just graduated from college and are now facing the ultimate
dilemma: What’s next? Well, rest assured as you are not alone; almost 80% of fresh graduates
are confused about what to do after graduation. The decision you make after graduating college
is crucial for both your career and your growth. There are a variety of options available on what
to do after graduation. So, it’s important for you to do your research. At this time, you might be
wondering if you should take a job or go for higher studies or go all in and be self-employed and
create your own startup? It is absolutely normal to have such kind of questions, and, therefore,
it’s time to do some introspection. To help you with that, we are here to enlighten you on the
different paths available after you complete your graduation. The event was getting more
interesting as the students were thrilled to dream about their future on the basis of how they are
going to meet their daily bread and butter in the days to come.

.
Outcomes of the event:
• The students suddenly saw a ray of hope at the end of their graduation.

Report on

“Webinar on PASSION AND SELF CONFIDENCE”

Description of the event:

Ms. Arthi Raghuram is a highly challenging, enthusiastic young lady who hails from an
ordinary family and developed a passion for business which later became a stepping stone of
success for her as her career in entrepreneurship. She loves to talk to people and teach them how
to make this as a career.
Arthi madam spent long hours in explaining to the students how important it is to have
self confidence in oneself before we venture into any kind of deal. In the daily life also, even as a
student, it is very essential to maintain self confidence in oneself so that there is more virbrant
energy in the work we do. She emphasized that working in any field without passion will not
yield great benefit and it is highly essential to be motivated by oneself. Getting motivated from
external sources may not help the students in the long run. She also suggested reading good
books and listening to motivational talks very often to keep the enthusiasm in high spirits which
is very important for any individual.
The students were thrilled by the talk which was delivered and indeed interacted with the
guest for a long time getting to know more about the ups and downs in the career path which
may not be always rosy as she stated. To fall and rise again is the challenge of entrepreneurs is
what she said.

Outcomes of the event:

• The outcome of the webinar was that some of the students from lower social
economic backgrounds understood that money has nothing to do with turning oneself
into entrepreneur. It is the hard work and passion which we develop in order to reach
higher.
• The students understood that entrepreneurship need not always be a steady and take it
for granted. There may be downfalls which we need to manage and keep up the
tempo to great heights at all times. The path of entrepreneurship is never smooth but
at last it helps to reach heights in life was the lesson.

Report on

“Webinar on ENTREPRENEUR MINDSET AND SKILLS”

Description of the Event:

Ms. Rajani Raman is a dietician who tried to relate that mind and food are very closely
interlinked. She addressed that saying that You are what you eat. This clearly indicated that the
food is what makes us think in different dimensions. Healthy food is very essential for the body
and good metabolism and betterment of the life. However, in today’s world most of the people
are known to skill their meals thinking they are doing a great job by working even during their
eating hours. There cannot be a greater irony than this is what was stated by the speaker. She
addressed the gathering by indicating the importance of a balanced meal. Every meal need not be
rich, but it is very essential to have a balanced meal.
A good meal leads to healthy mind and this motivates the individuals to eat good food.
The skills which are developed by the individuals must be important since it helps for an overall
development of the individuals. The way the students think is what leads them to become better
individuals and also to be more skillful is what she stressed.
Ms. Ranjini set examples of many individuals who were able to work and think
effectively after a good meal and how the mind works when served with balanced diet. Hence,
she concluded the talk by insisting the students that daily 3 good meals can keep us healthy and
keep the doctor away. Good food is medicine for a healthy life. She gave a quote saying that eat
like a king in the morning and eat like a prince in the afternoon and finally eat like a beggar at
night so that you can remain healthy all your life.
Outcomes of the Event:
• The students found the session to be an eye opener since it has elaborate discussion of
food for thought. The mind is considered to work much better and function at a better
frequency with food was the conclusion.
• There were many students who never felt the need for breakfast who rushed out of
their houses each morning either to work or earn. It was a great learning to all of them
since the guest stressed on the point that food is the most vital component for any life
on earth for better quality of life.

Report on

“Webinar on GOOD STRATEGIES FOR PLANNING, WORKING AND VICTORY”

Description of the Event:

Mr. Pradeep Ramkumar, the Managing Director of GK Brands agreed to deliver a lecture
for the students on entrepreneurship and how to develop the minds of the young people to turn
into future entrepreneurs. The talk highlighted on good strategies and planning for any victory.
He said that there was no success ever seen without the involvement of the individual and also
that the people need to be focused.
Irrespective of the age, the individual needs to have positive vibrations and think positive
so that victory will be the only target. The individuals stressed on the point that for any planning
of the work,it is important to gather the spirit of planning. Be it the smallest work, it needs good
planning for it to be done successfully. The work needs to be concentrated with full spirit and
strategy has to be sketched out. The goals and objectives need to be placed in the forefront so
that the vision and mission of any project can be met easily. This talk was an eye opener for all
the students

Outcomes of the Event:

• The outcome of the program was very overwhelming as the students made up their minds
that entrepreneurship is all within themselves. They can develop their career as
entrepreneurs in the near future provided they are guided with a mastermind.
• Handholding support is what the entrepreneur seeks in the beginning of the program.
Eventually, they are felt lost and as they start working, they have a positive thought that
they can achieve their goals.

Report on “Webinar on OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP”

Description of the Event:

Mr. Narendra Kumar offered to enlighten the students on an interesting topic like
opportunities for entrepreneurship in order to motivate the students. His main objective of the
meeting was that he wanted to inculcate the thought in the minds of the students that
entrepreneurship is not a dream. It is possible and can be made feasible if there is a willingness
to work towards the goal.

He shared the success stories of several entrepreneurs who were able to come up in life
after a long struggle. The planning strategy needs to be very strong and well decided. The
funding is another aspect which is very difficult for most of the startups and hence they conclude
that it is near to impossible to start a career as an entrepreneur without any financial assistance.
However, there are various government funding available which can be made use of for the
development of skills. The government and several other NGO are readily available to help in
the development of the projects or startups.

The students were highly enthusiastic in participation in the lecture and they noted down
the contact details of the guest speaker so that they can interact with them at a later stage in life
whenever they need any hand holding support. The student minds were instilled with the
thought that there are ample opportunities for every individual if they want to start their career as
entrepreneur. We need to tap the resources at the right time.

Outcomes of the Event:

• The students had not realized that the number of opportunities is ample for
entrepreneurs. Thing big was the take home message for the students.
• We may not be a great entrepreneur today, however, in the long run, in the days to
come; there is every possibility for them to develop into entrepreneur starting
from simple to big
