Introduction
What is Parenting Style?
A parenting style is a psychological construct that represents the
common methods parents employ to raise their children.

Parenting style is defined as a constellation of parents' attitudes

and behaviors toward children and an emotional climate in which
the parents' behaviors are expressed

A parent's parenting style is described as a combination of their

attitudes and behaviors toward their children as well as the
emotional environment in which they behave based on the research
Background of the Study
The researchers will reach out to the students who are
experiencing different parenting styles which have good or
bad effects on them. And encourage them not to give up on
their academic performance even if they're experiencing a
negative impact on their parents' parenting style.
Researchers will try to find a solution or find the best
possible solution on how parenting style can help children
who differ in interactions with their parents. And for the
future parenting style researchers will benefit from it by
gaining information and study-related idea.

Data Collection Procedure
In administering the questionnaire, the researchers read books,
guidance from a teacher and browsed several websites that were
related with the current study in order to construct a
questionnaire. The researchers were also guided by the problem
of the study on framing the questionnaire. The researchers
distributed the questionnaires to their assigned respondents. The
researchers guided the respondents in answering the
questionnaire. The researchers gave enough time for the
responders to answer the given questionnaire. Then, the
questionnaire was graded, gathered, and totaled by the
researchers.
